The Customer Services department (SAC) at the Port of Tarragona, was born with the idea that it should be a channel that assists the dynamics of port activities, providing co-ordinated and global problem solving, responding to any suggestions that the clients may have to improve services. The SAC will solve any problems which may occur during the evolution of the Port Authority’s service provision, thus guaranteeing a satisfactory response for their clients, as well as becoming an effective means of detecting ways of improving service.
