The Tarragona Port Authority’s Board of Directors is the institution’s senior decision-taking body. It reflects the institution’s plural character through the inclusion of members representing all the authorities and economic sectors involved in port activities, as provided under Act 27/1992, of 24 November, on State Ports and the Merchant Marine, and its amendment of 26 December 1997.
